On this occasion, we had to completely renovate a ground floor installation because it had become outdated and posed a risk of direct contact and fire. At Eléctrica Mallorca, we got to work very carefully and cautiously, as the tenants had to continue living on the ground floor during the renovation. We found that the installation had been heavily tampered with by people who were not electricians, and the photos show the dangerous situations.
